Provided project management services for the occupied rehabilitation of Alemany Apartments a 100% affordable property in the Bernal Heights neighborhood of San Francisco. Alemany was part of San Francisco’s RAD (Rental Assistance Demonstration) Program which transferred public housing developments to nonprofit housing developers. The construction scope included full rehab of the interior and exterior along with the upgrade of the community electrical infrastructure and partial storm sewer system replacement.
